At Box and Tank, we are committed to providing high-quality shipping containers and ensuring customer satisfaction. Please review our Return & Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Order Cancellation

You may request to cancel your order within 24–48 hours of purchase.

To cancel your order, please contact us immediately via:

After 48 hours, orders may already be processed for dispatch, and cancellation may no longer be possible or may incur additional charges.

2. Return Eligibility

You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return.

To be eligible:

  • The container must remain in the same condition as delivered
  • It must meet the original condition standard (e.g., Wind & Watertight)
  • You must provide proof (photos/videos if required)

3. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, contact our support team with:

  • Order Number
  • Photos of the container
  • Current location of the unit

We will review your request within 2 business days. If approved, we will issue a Return Authorization and arrange pickup.

4. Return Shipping & Fees

Defective or Not as Described

If the container has issues not disclosed at the time of sale:

  • We will cover 100% of return and pickup costs

Change of Mind

If you no longer want the product:

  • You will be responsible for return shipping costs
  • A 15% restocking fee will be deducted

Shipping costs may vary depending on your location and will be clearly communicated before order confirmation.

5. Refund Process

Once the returned container arrives at our depot:

  • Inspection will be completed within 3 business days
  • You will be notified via email regarding approval

If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days
  • Funds will be returned to your original payment method (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, or PayPal)

6. Exchanges

If you need a different container size or type:

  • Exchanges are available
  • You will need to pay any price difference and additional shipping fees

7. Damaged During Delivery

If your container is damaged during delivery:

  • Note it on the Bill of Lading (BOL) before the driver leaves

8. Order Modifications

Order changes (size, type, delivery details) must be requested within 24 hours of purchase.

After this period:

  • Changes may not be possible
  • Additional charges may apply
