1. Order Processing (Handling Time)
All orders are processed within 2–3 business days (Monday – Friday).
Order Cut-off Time: 12:00 PM (CST)
Orders placed after the cut-off time will begin processing on the next business day.
Orders are not processed on weekends or federal holidays.
Handling includes logistics scheduling, depot release authorization, and driver assignment.
2. Transit Time & Delivery Estimates
We dispatch containers from the nearest partner depot to reduce delivery time.
Transit Time: 5–10 business days
Total Estimated Delivery Time (processing + transit time): 7–13 business days
3. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs vary based on the delivery location and distance from the nearest depot.
Shipping fees are calculated based on mileage and logistics requirements.
The final shipping cost displayed at checkout includes all fuel surcharges and permit fees.
All shipping charges are consistent with our Google Merchant Center settings to ensure transparency and accuracy.
Shipping Rates:
Texas (Local): $150
Nationwide: $300 (depending on distance)
Promotional offers such as Free Shipping or Fixed Rate Shipping will be clearly displayed on the product page and automatically applied at checkout.
4. Delivery Methods & Site Requirements
Due to the size and weight of our products, we use specialized delivery methods:
Tilt-Bed Trucks – for ground drop-off
Flatbed/Step-Deck Trucks – requires customer-owned crane or forklift
Customer Responsibility:
Ensure the delivery site is level, dry, and accessible
Maintain 60ft–100ft straight-line clearance for truck maneuvering
5. Tracking Your Order
Once your order is dispatched:
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation Email
Tracking details will be provided
Our logistics team will contact you 24 hours before delivery to confirm the drop-off schedule
6. Delivery Inspection & Damages
Upon delivery:
You may inspect the container for structural integrity (Wind & Watertight condition)
If the product does not match the ordered grade, contact us immediately before the driver leaves

7. Order Cancellation Policy
Customers may request to cancel their order within 24–48 hours of placing it.

Once an order is processed, scheduled, or dispatched, cancellation may not be possible
